Planets intercepted in the 6th urges you to have a job that utilizes Mars and Uranus – one that allows you to work independently and exert a lot of energy. I have Mars intercepted in my 10th and I put a lot of energy into my astrology – it is an outlet for me. I am semi-retired so that working on my farmette is another type of working that utilizes my Mars. Mars may not always be physical work but advocacy work as well.

I left a 25 year long narcissistic relationship thinking it would “fix me” but I have yet to feel I am living my life even after 7 years of being on my own and somewhat independent.

First, you have a lousy Saturn and it is Retrograde. Read my article from Dr Alan Epstein called the Dysfunctional Saturn. Saturn in the 2nd denotes an inherited attitude towards finances — you only get what you work for and you work hard for everything you get. That is a lousy message that condemns you to always working hard for your money (even if you make a lot). You need to work on changing your attitude, investing money (but after Neptune leaves 25 degrees Pisces). With the Moon-Venus-Chiron intercepted, these planets will be released in 8th House interests (remember, the study of reincarnation, healing and metaphysics are ruled by the 8th).
The Saturn Returns wants you work on your lousy Saturn. The message with the Fixed T-Square with Transpluto at 23 Leo is that, if you do not do it all and do it perfectly, something terrible will happen (may be connected to a childhood trauma at age 13).

The 9th House is favorably connected to your 2nd House indicates that 9th House/Air Sign activities would prove more successful and satisfying. If working from your head (teaching, lecturing, traveling), you would not have those excessive responsibilities. I am the same way. Below is my interpretation of the 8th House.

EIGHTH HOUSE: This House rules all things beyond our control and our attitude towards these things. It is the most obsessive house – all planets here act obsessively. Bowing to the Sun helps direct the energy outward. Cultures, as in the orient, that practice bowing do not experience psychological obsessiveness.
It rules the resources of others, mass resources, how the partner handles money, our attitude towards sharing. There are strong control issues indicated here. It is essential that these individual learn when to release to others. They cannot always control. They need to learn to just let it go.
When these people change, when the transform themselves, they do it in an instant. This could be giving up smoking, losing weight or major lifestyles changes. Once they make up their minds, they do it completely and immediately.

ESOTERIC: This is a Healing House – healing those who are totally out of control. But, healing can be physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, economic and even technological. It has great power for transformation and rejuvenation.
Neptune here rules a spiritual guide of someone we knew in our youth.
With the 4th and 12th, it rules our connection with our Soul Group. When there are strong afflictions between the 4th and 12th Houses, this often indicates a violent death in the past life. This can be part of the trauma.
It rules psychic dreams, out of body experiences, life after life studies, near death experiences (inconjunct to ruler) and a connection with spirit guides. It can help others make transitions.
It is our attitude towards death – do we fear God? Saturn in the 8th is often afraid of God. But, studies in reincarnation and life after death are transformational for these individuals, liberating them from the fear.
It is also a House of Inventions. Spiritually, it is associated with finding money for those in need. A lesson is found in learning acceptance through studies in reincarnation.
NOTE: Liberating and change can come with the death. A friend with Virgo rising and the Moon in the 8th helped others cross over.

MEDICAL: This is a powerful healing and medical House. These people have an ability to intensely investigate what seems like unsolvable problems, especially medical problems. This House is not necessarily associated with health issues but rather with healing abilities on the part of the 8th House person. Psychologically, there is a pattern of obsessiveness that can lead to health issues.

I have an intercepted 2nd and 8th house, on pisces/virgo axis. 12/10/93 Eastbourne UK 14.04. my Saturn is still in aquarius but sits in the 2nd house bracket, and I have moon, Venus and Chiron in my 8th..I know the vague nature of the 8th house interceptions, but I’m not quite sure how to address them astrologically and I’m a bit unclear on what direction to look for the Saturn interception, because of it not being in the sign that is intercepted but still in the 2nd house bracket. I’ve been going through my Saturn return and am still in the reverberations after, with many Saturn elements still unaddressed or unclear on what is needed to address, although there has also been a lot of change and clarity in other ways. Any advice for further research is much appreciated.

When someone has planets intercepted in the 12th, this means that you have so much buried deep within yourself that you do not even know what these qualities are. I would suggest relocating to a different time zone to pull the planets into the 1st House to the MC. You will still have 12th House issues but they are easier to manifest. This worked with my Mercury although my planets are strong where I was born. Look at my article on Introduction to 12th House planets.

I think I have described Jupiter, especially in Aquarius intercepted, fairly well in this article and the one on intercepted signs —
CAPRICORN ON THE CUSP / AQUARIUS INTERCEPTED: The need for independence and freedom is subjugated for security urges. Capricorn can fear dependency, being helpless and loss to the point that they worry themselves intro a dependency situation -a job, a relationship or a financial situation. The loss of freedom in the House area can lead to low blood sodium, high blood pressure and circulatory problems. The Aquarius cell salt is Nat. Mur.
The 2nd House is also connected with the function of Lymph. When sedentary, the body can become toxic and sluggish. Body movement is essential — google Lymphatic Health for information. If there are circulatory problems, wear compression socks as these are really helpful. I have a lymphatic physiology.
Saturn and Transpluto are repressive influences in your chart — being weened too early around 2-3 years of age.
