It is difficult to visualize your chart but I presume that you were born around July 25 2000. Your Sun at around 2 Leo cannot be combust Mars at 24 Cancer but, since I use wide orbs, they are conjunct. First, there are issues around your thyroid – you probably have low body temperature as this is a signal of a sluggish thyroid which sabotages energy. You are picking up parental patterns — Sun-Neptune indicates at a very early age (3 years?), dad tuned out, feeling that he was a failure at following his heart. He felt that he failed at something creative maybe was successful in something practical. So there is a fear of following your dreams. Much that you described about yourself is connected with Neptune as a parent who sabotaged your energies, talking you out of and not wanting you to grow up or grew away (I have this too). Working with the disadvantaged and providing encouragement would be a good profession.
